PREVENTION & SAFETY TIPS

*VACCINATE PETS & COMMUNITY CATS
*Keep your pet up to date with annual rabies vaccinations.    Fix & vaccinate the outdoor community cats in your neighborhood!
*TNRM (trap-neuter-return-manage) decreases the population AND helps prevent the spread of rabies!

* DO NOT FEED WILDLIFE   Habituating wildlife to being fed is not good for wildlife or the cats.  If you feed colony cats, feed in the mornings/ daytime only.  If you must feed at night, only put enough food for the cats, pick up leftover food and bowls.

*ALWAYS USE A HUMANE TRAP!   No matter how friendly or tame, please do NOT handle cats or kittens of unknown vaccine status.   SAFETY FIRST!
